📦 Order Processing Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that during holiday seasons, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, there is an integration between Royal Mail and the U.S. customs system.
This means:
✔ All applicable taxes and import duties are paid before the item leaves the UK
✔ No additional customs charges upon delivery
✔ No action is required from the customer
Your package should arrive without any additional customs fees.
🇪🇺 Shipping to the European Union
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union 🇪🇺, your local customs authority or postal service may request payment of VAT or import duties before your package can be delivered.
These charges:
• Are determined by your country's customs regulations
• Are not controlled by Ro Cosmetics.
• Are the responsibility of the buyer
If payment is required, your local postal service will contact you with instructions.
International Shipping (Worldwide)
For orders shipped outside the UK 🇬🇧, United States 🇺🇸, or European Union 🇪🇺, your country's customs authority or postal service may require payment of import duties or taxes before delivery.
These fees are set by your country's government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your local postal service will notify you if payment is required before delivery.

SECTION 1.1: INTERNATIONAL STANDARD 📦
We offer an International Standard shipping option for customers around the world. This option is untracked and available at a lower cost.
By selecting this method at checkout, the customer agrees to accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for reshipment with tracking.
This option is provided as a gesture of trust and goodwill to help reduce international shipping costs, and we appreciate the same level of honesty and respect from our customers.
Please note that International Standard shipping from the UK to the USA is handed over from Royal Mail (untracked) to USPS (tracked), where tracking information will become available.
You can check the tracking by visiting the USPS website and entering your parcel number once the package has been transferred.
If a package sent via International Standard shipping does not arrive, please contact us at rosanehairecom@gmail.com to discuss your order.
We reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned to us in the case of customs issues.
Based on your purchasing history with us, we may choose to remake or resend the order at no additional cost.

If more than one order fails to reach its destination, you may no longer be eligible for our untracked shipping option in future orders.
